CCS will be performing maintenance on the University’s Webex service. During this maintenance window, the Webex service will be upgraded from WBS 39.5.25 to WBS 40.6.6. The upgrades are required to ensure continued vendor support ahead of the end of support date for the current version of November 13, 2020. No service interruption is expected during this time, but it is suggested not to schedule or host any meetings during this time.

Once the maintenance window is completed clients will be asked to upgrade desktop applications after login. Managed Desktop clients will have the software upgraded ahead of time (including installation of Cisco Webex Productivity Tools or enabling Webex Scheduler for Office 365 enabled where appropriate).
