Verifying
Some components of the software upgrade took longer than anticipated.
While all required pre-requisite patches and tasks have been completed, the final update to the most current major software version could not be applied yet. In order to avoid any additional impact to campus guest access we have decided to postpone the final software upgrade.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will communicate a new target date for the upgrade soon.

Scheduled
On Saturday, May 18th 2019 between 12am-6am EST, CCS will be performing a Software Upgrade on the Campus NAC (Network Access Control) system.

The upgrade is required to maintain a fully vendor supported solution, improving the security posture and visibility of network traffic on campus.

After the maintenance the Guest Internet portal will have a slightly different look and feel, however all functionality remains unchanged.

If you have any question or concerns, please contact the CCS Help Center at x58888 or 58888help@uoguelph.ca
