As part of the Telephony Migration Project, brief maintenance will take place at the Ridgetown Campus on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. This maintenance supports the new Ridgetown cloud-based phone system (being set up) and its ability to dial out from all types of devices.

This is only a test to ensure that the parallel system we have in place is ready for migration.

• All desk and analog devices at the Ridgetown campuses will have intermittent service for one hour.
• Expected impact: ~5 minutes of phone downtime along with intermittent service for one hour.
• No action is needed from users.
• Jabber devices will not be impacted.


This step is critical to enable seamless migration and dual registration between systems. Thank you for your understanding and support.
