We are upgrading our CCS Financial and HR systems to the latest version of Oracle starting at 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2020. The systems should be available again for field users starting Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
Access to all Finance and HR applications will not be available during the upgrade period. Field users will be unable to complete ADI journals, enter or approve iProcurement requisitions, enter expense claims (ECS) or upload system interfaces. FRS will be available during the upgrade period except for Thursday February 20 at 4:00 PM until Friday February 21 at 10:00 AM. The last data reflected in FRS will be from Wednesday, February 19 and the system may be slow due to the upgrade.
