Service Interruption: Briefly slow internet services today

Today from approx. 3.35 pm to 3.48 pm we have experienced slower than usual internet performances. This seems to be similar to the issue that was experienced on July 13th. Services have been restored quickly and all necessarily data and logs have been submitted to Cisco to aid in root cause analysis.
