Investigating
Some users have reported trouble accessing Sharepoint Online. Microsoft is aware of the problem and is investigating the cause of this issue.

There is some indication that the problem is tied to certain browsers and not all users are affected so trying different browsers may be an effective workaround until this is resolved. Other methods of access such as directly opening documents through Word, etc. has been reported as a possible workaround.
