On Thursday August 11 (8:00 PM through August 12 12:00PM), the vendor will be performing maintenance on the University’s Webex service. During this maintenance window, the Webex service will be migrated from using the legacy Webex Meetings Desktop App to the new Webex App. No service interruption is expected during this time, but it is suggested not to schedule or host any meetings during this time. Once the maintenance window is completed those clients using the legacy Webex Meetings Desktop App will be asked to update to the new Webex App after they log in.
