CCS will be performing an urgent maintenance on the Contact Center system on Thursday, May 7, 2026, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Impact:
- Queue calls will be impacted for approximately 15–30 minutes during the maintenance window.
- Temporary unavailability of the Contact Center web interface and agent login services may occur.
- No impact is expected to phone registration, internal/external calling, emergency phones, or call forwarding services.
- All services will be fully restored once the maintenance is completed.
