CCS will perform a reboot of the Telephony Voice routers.

Business Impact: No business impact is expected. Voice routers will be reloaded one at a time. While one router reboots, the other will remain active, maintaining uninterrupted voice services to HiCom devices, including emergency poles and elevator phones.

Expected User Impact:
Temporary loss of analog calling services on the HiCom system during router reboot.
Each router is expected to be offline for approximately 10–15 minutes.
