CCS will be performing maintenance on the Contact Center system on Friday, November 14, 2025, between 9:30 PM and 11:30 PM.

• During this time, Agent login through IP Phone (Agent -QLogin button) will be unavailable.
• Other Contact Center services—such as call queuing, IVR menus, and supervisor tools—will remain available, with only brief reconnections possible during the upgrade.
• No impact is expected to phone registration, internal/external calls, queue calls, or emergency phones.
• All services will be fully restored once the update is complete.
