CCS will be migrating all remaining analog devices from the legacy Siemens phone system to new Voice Gateways integrated with the Cisco Telephony platform. This upgrade will improve reliability and ensure long-term support.

Schedule:

April 23 (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM): Emergency poles and elevator phones
April 24 (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM): Indoor emergency phones
April 27 (business hours): Remaining analog devices

Impact:

Temporary interruption to emergency and non-emergency analog devices (~5–10 minutes per device during cut-over)
No impact to business phones or core campus telephony services
No action is required. Most users will not notice any changes.
