Telephony Service Maintenance

As part of the ongoing Telephony Migration Project, we will perform maintenance next Saturday, July 5, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM to support the new Guelph Campus cloud-based phone system and its ability to dial out from all devices.

Planned Impact:
• All desk phones, Jabber devices, and analog lines at the Guelph Campus as well as Ridgetown Campus will experience intermittent service disruptions during the maintenance window.
• Expected impact: Temporary phone service interruptions lasting the duration of this maintenance may occur for affected devices.
• No action is required from users.
