Monitoring
Thank you for your patience! Email sending in Maestro is working correctly, and only a few moments of downtime affected ListServ while the server was restarted. Any messages sent to ListServ lists should now be delivered.

Anyone experiencing issues with Maestro or ListServ should contact the Help Center via email at IThelp@uoguelph.ca OR go on live chat for assistance (bottom right-hand corner of your screen when on the CCS website) during our updated business hours. Investigating
Maestro users that attempt to send a test version of their email see an error message instead of receiving the emails sent. This also affects the ability for Maestro to move forward to the final sending stage.

CCS is restarting the Maestro application to see if this resolves the issue. More information will be posted once we have tested this step.
