CCS will be performing scheduled maintenance as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements to support the transition from a legacy telephony system and enhance the long-term reliability of campus analog services.
Date & Time: Saturday, April 11 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What to Expect: During this maintenance window, there will be a temporary interruption to some non-emergency analog services while system updates are completed.
Impact:
- Some non-emergency analog devices may experience a temporary outage during this period. - Emergency services will not be affected. - There is no impact to business phones, core call processing systems, or other campus services.
