CCS will be performing maintenance on the University’s Webex service. During this maintenance window, the Webex service will have a maintenance patch applied as required by the vendor. No service interruption is expected during this time, but it is suggested not to schedule or host any meetings during this time.
Once the maintenance window is completed, those using the Webex desktop application will be asked to upgrade their application. It is important to complete this step by July 10 to ensure uninterrupted service operation.
