WebAdvisor was unavailable between 4:00 am and 9:30 am this morning.

The CCS Student Information Systems team has determined that this issue was caused by web services on the WebAdvisor systems not being able to connect to the Colleague application following our monthly server updates. We will make changes to our server patching and alerting processes to help prevent similar outages in the future.
