CCS will be performing a critical maintenance on the Contact Center system tonight, February 11, 2026, between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

• Queue calls will be impacted for about a minute as the Server goes through reload and the HA pair takes over.
• No impact is expected to phone registration, internal/external calls or emergency phones or call forwarding services on Contact Center Server(s).
• All services will be fully restored once the reload is completed.
