The CCS Telephony Service will be undergoing maintenance. No interruption in service is expected.

During this maintenance window several components will be restarted and may take up to five minutes to complete. Several restarts may be necessary. While these components are being restarted access to the telephony self-administration pages and call center agent login may fail. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Jabber Pilot services, however, will be affected until the maintenance window is completed.

Please Note: This maintenance activity is to complete the work that was scheduled for Tue Nov 27 but was unable to be completed due to technical issues.
