CCS will be performing maintenance on the Call Manager system on Mar 5th, 2026, between 6AM and 8AM.
• During this time, inbound/outbound calls will be unavailable for 10-30 seconds.
• No impact is expected to phone registration, internal calls, queue calls, or emergency/elevator phones.
• All services will be fully restored once the update is complete.
