We have applied a vendor recommended configuration change. VPN authentications are being processed at normal, expected speed again. CCS will continue to monitor the performance to ensure the service remains stable.

We have received reports that some clients are experiencing delays when they authenticate to VPN.
Connections will work, it just takes longer than usual to connect in some cases.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are working on restoring the service to normal performance.
