We have confirmed that all back end systems are now synchronized with the changes we implemented on Tuesday evening. We have enabled and tested that auto-account creation works as expected.

The maintenance can now be considered completed.

Update
We continue to monitor the Webex system as the changes requested continue to be propagated. Institutions that have completed similar requests have reported 24-48 hours before back end systems are completely synchronized. We expect the process to be completed by Monday July 4 and will initiate a vendor trouble ticket if this is not the case.

Verifying
The bulk updates have been completed but may need additional time to propagate within the Webex system itself. We have temporarily suspended the automatic creation of new accounts until we are able to confirm all changes have been completed. We expect this to be completed by 12:00PM on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, June 28 from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Wednesday), CCS will be performing maintenance on the University's Webex service. During this time, several bulk updates will be applied to existing Webex accounts and changes to templates for new Webex accounts will be made. This is in preparation for the migration to the new Webex application from the legacy Webex Meetings Desktop application. No interruption in service is expected during this maintenance window.
