On Tuesday, August 23 between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM (Wednesday), CCS will be performing maintenance on the University’s Webex service. During this maintenance window, the Webex service will be upgraded from WBS 42.2 to the latest maintenance release of WBS 42.6. The upgrades are required to ensure continued vendor support ahead of the October 29, 2022 retirement date for the current version. No service interruption is expected during this time, but it is suggested not to schedule or host any meetings during this time. Once the maintenance window is completed you may be asked to upgrade your desktop application after you login and/or start or join a meeting.
