For those of you who use our FootPrints service, please note that we will be conducting planned maintenance on Saturday December 19th between 3:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The objective of this maintenance is to upgrade the host server operating system.

FootPrints will be unavailable during this period. Support request sent by email will be queued for processing when FootPrints returns to service.
