Many users unable to access M365

Investigating

We have been receiving reports of users unable to log in to Email or other M365 services. It appears that user licenses are not being applied properly and the cause is under investigation with Microsoft. It is not clear at this point when a resolution will be omplemented. We will update this incident as more information is available.
