Telephony Service Maintenance

As part of the Telephony Migration Project, we are planning two brief maintenance windows to support the ongoing transition to the Cisco cloud-based phone system:

• Friday, July 25, 2025 – 09:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Sunday, July 27, 2025 – 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Will this affect me?
During each window, all desk phones across the Guelph and Ridgetown campuses will reset twice.

Expected impact: brief phone downtime of approximately 1–2 minutes per reset.

What should I do?
No action is required from users.
