The old on-premises voicemail system will be retired on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 p.m.

• After this time, any calls to the old voicemail system (dialling 40000 at Guelph or 63000 at Ridgetown) will be blocked.
• There is no impact on voicemail users, as all accounts have been re-registered on the new system.
• To access your voicemail, please continue using the new numbers: 45000 (Guelph) or 65000 (Ridgetown).
