CCS will migrate Cisco Web Ex Application from Legacy Single Sign-On (SSO) to Microsoft-based SSO.

With the implementation of the new SSO login, there will be a change in the user login process. Multi-factor authentication will be enforced for Cisco Web Ex, providing an added layer of protection for all users.

During the maintenance window on March 21st, from 5 PM to 7 PM, users may experience issues setting up Web Ex Meetings or may be logged out from their Web Ex Application.
