On April 9th, 2024( Tuesday), between 6am and 8am, CCS will be performing changes to the DNS (Domain Name System) settings for UoG AnyConnect VPN service. These changes are being implemented to enhance security and performance for our VPN users.
Impact: During the change window, there is a possibility of a brief interruption in VPN connectivity as the DNS settings are updated. However, this interruption should be minimal, and you should be able to reconnect to the VPN shortly afterward.
Action Required: After the DNS changes take effect, you may be required to disconnect and reconnect to VPN services.
Please Note: VPN users are not required to make any manual DNS changes on the VPN client end.
