Secure Wireless Certificate Renewal
Incident Report for University of Guelph IT System
Resolved
As communicated before, CCS has renewed the SSL certificate for secure wireless authentication servers on Tuesday, August 29. After this renewal, some devices might display a certificate warning when connecting to eduroam and uog-wifi-secure. When this happens, we recommend users connect to uog-guest, click on the "U of G Secure Wireless configuration tool" link and follow instructions to reconfigure your devices to securely reconnect to wireless. More information about the JoinNow configuration tool can be found here: https://www.uoguelph.ca/ccs/securewireless

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the CCS Help Centre at x58888 or 58888help@uoguelph.ca.
