On Thursday, Sep 28th 2017, between 5am and 8am EST, CCS will be performing NAC Vendor recommended maintenance on Campus NAC (Network Access Control) Management Server. The vendor has requested the maintenance to confirm the potential root cause for the campus Guest WiFi sponsor page incident on Sep. 18th.
Guest access requests continue to be available on the backup server, until the issue on the main server has been fully identified and resolved.
Access to the Guest as well as the Sponsor Portal may be impacted during the maintenance. Guest users, already approved and connected prior to Thursday morning, will continue to be able to login.
