Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where some users see an error message after authenticating on the CCS Forms site at https://www.uoguelph.ca/ccs/forms.

The current work-around is to refresh the page. Then select Home and the form you require. Alternatively, after refreshing the page, you can paste the form URL you were originally trying to access in the same browser window.
