On Tuesday March 20th between 6:00am and 8:00am, CCS will be performing maintenance on the CFS Active Directory domain. During the maintenance, one domain controller will be restarted. While most services will not be impacted by this, the wireless authentication service (uog-secure-wifi) may experience a brief interruption.
CFS is the primary active directory domain used by most departments to provide authentication, print, and file services to campus computers. CFS is also used to provide authentication to some campus services such as the wireless authentication service (both uog-secure-wifi and eduroam), the business voicemail system, and VPN (among others).
