On Thursday April 12th between 4 AM and 6 AM, we will be performing a corrective maintenance on the Federated SSO service (aka Shibboleth). The maintenance will effectively roll back a change in one parameter that caused another UofG service to malfunction on April 3rd. We have tested the planned change with our federated partner services. However, if you observe any authentication or other unexpected issues in federated applications after 6 AM on Thursday please do let us know.
The Federated SSO is used by the following services: Gryph Mail - Office 365 and GSuite, OpenEd/DestinyOne, GryphForms, GryphonsTickets, Pension Portal, Software Distribution, GryphLife, Gartner, Lynda, Qualtrics, Tableau, TeamDynamix, Kountu, various Library services; Off-Campus Access, Course Reserve, Primo, ProQuest,.
