On Friday, May 4th between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM, CCS will be performing PSTN testing on the Guelph Campus telephony system in preparation for the phone system upgrade. During this maintenance window, our primary digital phone trunks (PRI) will be temporarily disconnected in order to test the fail-over to the backup analog trunks. A triage team will be standing by answering calls to 519-824-4120 and 519-824-0022 during this period. Internal calls within the Campus will not be affected.
