The CCS Webex Service will be undergoing maintenance. No interruption in service is expected.

During this maintenance window CCS will be enabling the Collaboration Meeting Room (CMR) feature for the Webex service. The CMR feature allows meeting hosts and participants to start/join meetings via room-based video conferencing systems.

Please Note: CCS is asking those individuals who had their Webex accounts created early in the process and who have not yet changed their PIN to log in and modify their personal room PIN. A separate email to these individuals will be sent once the maintenance is complete.
