Service Interruption: Some backups failed over the weekend (6/4/18 to 8/4/18)
Incident Report for CCS System
Over the weekend a component of the backup infrastructure had partially failed, as a result about 30% of the backup jobs did not complete. We have identified the root cause and have taken corrective actions, we expect the backup jobs to proceed as normal tonight. This has not impacted our ability to restore data from any other dates.
