WebAdvisor, Colleague UI, and Informer access has been restored. CCS will continue to monitor and investigate this system outage to prevent future occurrences.

CCS has identified the cause of the systems issues with Colleague UI, WebAdvisor and Informer and is running data integrity checks to ensure that the system is healthy before re-enabling access. We will provide another update by 1:00 p.m.

We are experiencing an issue with the Colleague system which is impacting access to the Colleague UI, WebAdvisor and Informer as of approximately 9:55 AM. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
