The CCS Telephony Service will be undergoing maintenance on May 23rd Thursday between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM for applying hotfixes to the speech attendant servers, this server is responsible for the dial by name feature when we press "0" at the university mainline 5198244120. We are not expecting any service outage during this maintenance.
