On Thursday March 22nd between 6:00am and 8:00am, CCS will be performing maintenance on the Federated Access Management (Shibboleth IdP) service. During the maintenance some thick email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird may have issues connecting to Office 365.

The Federated Access Management service provides authentication to many online campus services, including (but not limited to): Gryph Mail (Office 365), Software Distribution, Off-Campus Library Access, Library Course Reserve, GryphLife, and Gartner.
