Backup issues on Monday, April 30th
Incident Report for CCS System
On Monday, April 30th, a component of the backup infrastructure had partially failed again. As a result some of the backup jobs did not complete. We are working directly with the vendor to resolve the underlying technical issue and have implemented a workaround which re-established stable backups since May 1st. This does not impact our ability to restore data, if required.
