ImageNow upgrade to 7.1.5

The system has been verified and is operational. Client stations have been (or are being) updated with the new version of the software. Single Sign On is still disabled for WebNow access. Efforts will be made to restore this as early as possible.

ImageNow will be offline on Friday evening at approximately 5pm. Data will be migrated to a replacement environment which will be upgraded to version 7.1.5 of ImageNow. Once upgraded, existing DNS entries will be pointed at this new environment. On Saturday at 10am, representatives of the groups that use ImageNow will conduct acceptance tests on the new system while CCS members test the integrations with Colleague and Oracle E-Business. Once the upgraded system has been validated, CCS members will begin deploying the new version of the ImageNow desktop client to Managed Desktop clients.
ImageNow/WebNow will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday, July 14th to approximately 6pm on Saturday, July 15th.
