On Thursday, October 19 (6 AM to 8 AM), CCS will be performing the following maintenance activities:

Vendor required software upgrades will be applied to telephony equipment servicing off-campus calls as well as audio conferencing. No interruption in service is expected, however, calls in progress may need to be disconnected to ensure the maintenance can be completed during the allotted time. Please Note: This maintenance window was original scheduled for Oct 12 but was cancelled due to technical issues.

Vendor required telephone firmware will be installed on telephony servers in preparation for testing. No interruption in service is expected. No actual phone firmware upgrades will be taking place during this time.
