On Tuesday, August 29, from 6:00am to 8:00am, CCS will be renewing the SSL certificate for the wireless authentication servers. Some Windows 10 and Apple IOS/MAC OSX users may see a certificate warning and need to accept the new certificate when connecting to uog-wifi-secure and eduroam after the maintenance. Any Windows 10 and Apple devices that were configured using the JoinNow secure wireless application will connect seamlessly without certificate warnings. No service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. The certificate information can be found here: https://www.uoguelph.ca/ccs/internet-phones/wireless-internet/wireless-requirements#wpa_parameters.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the CCS Help Centre at x58888 or 58888help@uoguelph.ca.
