Switch Outage in East Residence

Resolved

CCS has been alerted to an issue with one of the network switches in East Residences. The analyst on-site determined, that the outage was caused by a failed uninterruptable power supply (UPS) connecting to the switch. The faulty UPS has been replaced and all services have been re-established as of 2.55 pm.
