On Tuesday June 12 between 4 AM and 8 AM we will be testing the Secondary(Backup) WAM/SSO cluster. This is the cluster that had degraded performance last Sunday and we, therefore, postponed the scheduled T1M for WAM/SSO upgrade because we would not be able to maintain the selected services available during this upgrade. We have made changes to the Secondary SSO Cluster and will fail over the selected services (listed below) after 4 AM and return them back to the primary by 8 AM. We will evaluate the performance continuously and take corrective steps. Other SSO-protected services (not listed below) will remain on the Primary SSO Cluster.

- CourseLink and Gryph Mail Office 365
- Federated Web SSO and the dependent services, e.g., Gryph Mail/GSuite, OpenEd/DestinyOne, GryphForms, GryphonsTickets, Pension Portal, Software Distribution, GryphLife, Gartner, Lynda, Qualtrics, Tableau, TeamDynamix, Kountu, various Library services; Off-Campus Access, Course Reserve, Primo, ProQuest, Webex, ExperienceGuelph.
- SSO protected websites behind www.uoguelph.ca, intranet.uoguelph.ca, www.housing.uoguelph.ca, and news.uoguelph.ca
